Five product families, one mechanism: rebuild molecular architecture in the melt so that recycled or lower-cost feedstock meets a virgin specification. Each pillar below is a separate qualification path with its own customers. Loadings are marked not published, because the company does not publish them.

NEXAMITE®

Reactive masterbatches for polyesters and polyethylene. Two PET grades are published: M021200 for sheet, film and thermoformed packaging, and M992000, a linear grade for filaments and strapping. R305 is the polyethylene melt strength grade.

PILLAR 02COMMERCIAL

NexCircle®

R401, which the company calls a next generation reactive additive for recycled polyethylene, claimed to improve melt strength at lower dosage and to allow a higher recycled share with stable processing. It is named for film, blow moulding and pipe, not for polyamide.

This table compares the routes qualitatively. It used to carry cost percentages and a property recovery figure at a stated additive loading; the manufacturer publishes no dosage and no trial data, and we found no source for the costs, so those figures are gone rather than repeated. Chemical recycling recovers properties most completely and is the right answer where contamination rules the other two out; the case for reactive is that it is cheap and deployable, not that it is universally better.
