The commercial pipeline
How many projects Nexam reports at each stage on the way to commercial production, and how those counts have moved. Only what the company states is shown; where it states nothing, the page says so.

From Nexam's interim report for Q3 26. The latest column is the pipeline update the company made immediately after the quarter closed.
A net change is the difference between two counts. It does not say how many projects advanced: in the same period projects join, move on, stall and drop out, and the report gives only the totals.

counted in the report
Nexam's report counts three points on this path. A fourth, scale-up and industrialization, appears only in its quarterly presentation, which is not published anywhere citable, so it is not counted here. Not every project reaches the end, and how long each step takes varies by customer and application.
What the counts are not
- A project is not a customer. One customer can run several projects.
- Technically approved is not an order. Approval says the material works in the customer's process; buying it is a separate decision.
- Commercial counts customers in ongoing business, not the size of that business.
